Accessibility statement
This site is built to be readable and usable by everyone, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader or magnification.
Standard
The site is designed and tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What that means in practice
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone; focus is always visible.
- Headings follow a logical order, landmarks are labeled, and every image has a text alternative.
- Text and background colors meet the AA contrast ratio; text can be enlarged to 200 percent without loss of content.
- Animations respect the operating system's reduced-motion setting.
- Forms label every field, explain errors in text, and never rely on color alone.
- Expanding sections (menus, questions and answers) announce their state to assistive technology.
Known limitations
Some linked documents on other websites, such as statutes and court rules, are outside this site's control.
