What is collected

The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, whether you are contacting as a business or an individual, the general nature of your dispute, your preferred contact method and an optional brief description. Nothing else is required. Please do not include confidential details, documents or the names of other parties until asked.

How it is used

Inquiries are reviewed by Tina Wysk to check for conflicts of interest and to decide the appropriate next step. They are used for no other purpose and are not sold, shared with advertisers or used for marketing lists.

Where it is stored and how it is protected

Inquiries are stored in an encrypted database behind authenticated access, transmitted over HTTPS, and are visible only to Tina Wysk and the people she authorizes. The description you write is not sent to analytics services or third-party AI tools. Each inquiry is deleted or archived according to a retention schedule once it is no longer needed.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies. If anonymous usage analytics are enabled, they measure page views and clicks on contact buttons; they never receive the content of your inquiry.

Your choices

You may ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw an inquiry, by emailing twysk@hallettperrin.com or calling 214.922.4197. Records that must be kept for conflict-check or professional-responsibility reasons are kept for that purpose only.

This notice will be updated when the way the site handles information changes. The date of the last change appears in the site's change history.
